May 1st is known as Labor Day.

This day originated in America around 1886.

Due to the poor working conditions of the industrial workers, there was a general strike lasting several days.

In Germany, too, there have been demonstrations and rallies on Labor Day since around 1890.

On the night of May 1st, we celebrate the arrival of spring and dance into May.

Another beautiful tradition is to set up a colorfully decorated birch trunk at the house of his or her beloved.

You can just as well enjoy the erection of the maypole on the village or market square and spend a few nice hours with like-minded people.

We dance into May and May makes everything new.
